[Girls States 2007] Captains e-mail #2

Girls teams contacts,     You've gotten the guys e-mail for Captain's e-mail #1, and PHUL teams have received a separate update.  Now that we have everyone finalized, I'll be sending separate e-mails for girls and guys teams.     1.) Contact info     2.) Schedule/Seeding     3.) Rosters     4.) Money     1.) Contact info     As a reminder, with regards to the girls teams, I need the following from North Hills, Pennsbury and Cardinal O'hara:        Team name:        Captain name:        Contact *CELL PHONE* that you will have on-site, and who's cell it is:     2.) Schedule/Seeding     I have posted a preliminary schedule here: http://www.upa.org/scores/tourn.cgi?div=33&id=3619     A break round will be added for lunch, and start times will be posted by tonight hopefully.  But I wanted to show the format which will most likely *not* change.  I'm going to ask your help in seeding. So far North Hills has not played a single recorded game, and both Fox Chapel and Hampton are 2-0 with no common opponents or head to head match ups.  There's no PHUL v. PHUEL games either.  Please send any thoughts my way and we'll finalize seeding tomorrow night. Straight RRI will be used if there is no better method, but North Hills, with not games, has no legit RRI.     Some notes about the schedule       The girls schedule is a 2 day, 6 team format with pool play into bracket play         Every team will play every team.         Every team will get 6 games         2 teams will get 7 games         Teams will be ranked 1,2,3,4,5,6.  No, 3/4, 3/4, etc. at end of Sunday.         Awards for 1st, 2nd and spirit will be given.     3.) Rosters         Lower Merion - complete         Cardinal O'hara - complete         Fox Chapel - needs to be electronically submitted         Hampton - needs to be electronically submitted         North Hills - incomplete         Pennsbury - incomplete         Please address these issues.  If your roster is not complete online by Thursday night you will need to bring money and waivers to the fields the morning of or you may not be able to play.     4.) Money         Hampton and Lower Merion must pay me on Saturday morning or teams will not play.  We've already discussed this though and should be good.      Please let me know if there are any questions, and reply about seeding.  Games will most likely start around 9am - no byes.     - Darren
